Information & Guidelines
1) Do I need to register my decklist before tournament?
No, you don't have to. It will be a hidden deck profile tournament but after Round 1, you can share info. Please note if you are caught changing your deck cards in between rounds, you will be disqualified2) How many rounds do I have to play?
Minimally 5 Swiss Rounds (Bo3). There are no hard time limit but please finish each game within 1hr so that your next opponent can play as well. You are encouraged to play till the end even if you might not qualify for Top 8 :)3) When are Prizes distributed?
Top 9th - 16th: Prizes and Lucky Draw will be given out after all Swiss Rounds have been played
For Top 8: Prizes will be given out after all Single Elimination has been played and Winner is determined.4) Where is the location?
We have booked Daijobu Cafe at SMU (80 Stamford Rd, #B1-66, Singapore 178902).5) Entry fee collection
Entry fee ($10) + Lunch ($21) (for those who selected) will be collected upfront before the event
If you can't make it for the event, please give us a 2 weeks notice and we will refund you.

Qualifying Stage: Swiss Round Bo3 (5 Games)

- Each deck must contain exactly 40 cards. Bombazar is banned!
- You may only use cards from the English TCG Sets DM-01 to DM-12, including all promos.
- Japanese (JP) or other language equivalents of English cards are acceptable.
- Proxies (unauthorized copies of cards) are not allowed.
- Misprinted cards are allowed, but their effects will be based on their intended (correct) version.
- All card sleeves used in your deck must be identical (same color, brand, etc.).Reporting Score
- All scores have to be reported in the WhatsApp Group Chat "Duel Masters SG Championship 2024".
- When reporting score, please write the names shown in the bracket. Do not use any other names as TOs will not be able to identified.Rulings Before Game
- Each player will roll a dice. Higher number will start first.
- Each player will shuffle their own deck and cut it.
- Loser of the last round will start the next round.
- You may not use notes or take pictures during the game.Rulings During Game
- You may perform takebacks (cancel your action) if the game state has not changed and you do not have new information.
- Remember to tap your mana and creatures.
- Shields will be broken from LEFT to RIGHT (exception: you may choose to TARGET a CHANGED or PEEKED Shield).
e.g. You can select shields that have been modified by Emeral or peeked by Ularus, Punishment Elemental
- At all times, please ensure your handcards are visible.
- Opponents may request for permission to view your graveyard.
- If you want to touch your opponents card, please ask for permission first.Clarifications on Abilities
- If you are unsure on what your opponent's card does, your opponent has to explain it. Please do not just take the card and read!
- Turn-Order Priority: In general, if it is your turn, your spells and creatures get priority first before opponent's trigger or abilities.Spells comes before abilities
- Throughout the game you may raise hand for clarificationRulings During Deck Search
- For cards that requires you to search your opponents deck (e.g. Slash Charger), please handle your opponent's card with care.
- After you have finished deck search and slashing, your opponent will shuffle his deck HIMSELF. He has to cut his deck after he is done.
